Important reminders

Under the new model bye-law D-1.1, an active member must attend at least one Annual General Meeting in every five years.

Members who wish to register or update a nominee — for example, where a parent named as nominee is no longer living — should fill in a fresh K.Y.C. form at the society office.

To help the society serve you better with new technology, every member is requested to complete or update their K.Y.C. form.

Dividend not claimed within three years from the date it falls due is transferred to the Reserve Fund.

Written questions for an Annual General Meeting should reach the office in advance; questions raised abruptly at the meeting cannot be taken up.

Notices are summarised from the society’s 96th Annual Report. The official notice at the society office prevails in case of any difference.
